Job Responsibilities:
Provide application support for the SAP FICO module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues within defined SLAs.
Take ownership of production support tickets and service requests; ensure they are fixed, tested, and closed promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production support issues and requests in a timely manner.
Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules and related integrations to meet business needs.
Partner with global business teams to understand processes and deliver technical support solutions.
Work with vendor development teams to co-create and implement solutions.
Build relationships with client stakeholders and deliver presentations on project status, improvements, and designs.
Collaborate internally with Finance, IT, HR, and other teams for seamless integration.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
Provide timely updates to team leads and maintain clear communication.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO support roles.
Expertise in SAP FI/CO modules: General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking.
Experience with custom development including WRICEF objects.
SAP FICO certification and/or experience in SAP Project Systems is a plus.
Willingness to work across multiple projects.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
