Job Description:
As an Excel Trainer at IOTA Academy, you will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging Excel training sessions to learners of varying skill levels. Your role will include customizing course content, assessing learner progress, and collaborating with curriculum developers to continually improve training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive Excel training programs to individual learners and groups, ensuring clear understanding of concepts.
Customize training materials to address the diverse needs and skill levels of participants.
Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training and student progress.
Stay informed about the latest Excel updates, features, and industry best practices to keep training relevant.
Provide constructive feedback to students, supporting their continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update training content as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Excel Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and advanced features.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles effectively.
Relevant certifications in Excel or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
