Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive - Operations to join the team at Spotrack in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-4 years of experience, including freshers, who are skilled in Excel and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Maintain professionalism and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BE, BTech, BCA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a related role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
