Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive (PMS & Trainings) to join our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers looking to start their career in performance management and employee training. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee performance reviews, organizing training programs, coordinating rewards and recognition initiatives, and supporting exit interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management System (PMS):

    • Collect and analyze monthly reports from ERP and department leaders.
    • Prepare monthly PMS cards and discuss with the respective HODs.
    • Arrange monthly PMS review meetings with departments.
    • Maintain the performance history of employees and address alerts or issues raised during analysis.
    • Ensure effective follow-ups with HODs to ensure alignment and progress.
  2. Employee Counseling & Training Needs Analysis:

    • Identify performance gaps and organize counseling sessions.
    • Conduct training needs analysis and update the training matrix.
    • Collaborate with the HR leader to plan and schedule training programs for departments.
  3. Training & Development:

    • Plan and coordinate various training programs based on the identified needs.
    • Work with internal and external trainers to offer training options for individual and team development.
    • Explore diverse training methods, including on-the-job, off-the-job, role plays, and team-building sessions.
  4. Rewards & Recognition:

    • Plan and execute rewards and recognition programs.
    • Ensure the recognition process is transparent, unbiased, and cost-effective.
    • Communicate clearly the objectives of these programs to enhance employee engagement.
  5. Alert Management:

    • Identify promotions, transfers, recognitions, warnings, and other actions based on employee performance.
    • Coordinate with HODs and HR leaders for the implementation and documentation of necessary actions.
  6. Exit Interviews:

    • Conduct exit interviews for employees resigning and ensure a smooth transition.
    • Coordinate with HODs and HR leaders regarding resignation processes and final approvals.
    • Oversee the handover process and plan farewell activities when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Location: In person, Surat, Gujarat
