Job description

We are looking for a passionate team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. The person needs to have excellent communication and should be proactive, self-driven, and driven for results.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the IT team and business stakeholders using various strategies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, and understand the problem he wants to solve.
Develop ideas independently or with the help of a team.
Develop the idea into requirements specification to create future products.
Drawing up future product requirements (communication with stakeholders - developers, customers, end-users);
Requirement analysis (different methodologies and notations usage - prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, existing documentation analysis, and competitors)
Requirements formalization (separation of business, functional and non-functional requirements)
Advise developer and QA during product development and negotiate with customers about any disputable issues.
Involvement in final product testing and related duties like user training, change management, and user support after the project is launched.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Requirements

Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Understanding of technologies
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of wire framing and prototyping tools like Miro, Balsamiq, Invision, Figma, Moqups, Marvel
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
