A. Inspection
Conduct site inspections, diagnoses, and assessments for prospects provided by the Sales Executive (CSE) as per company norms.
Identify and provide solutions for on-site problems based on the customer's requirements and budget.
Share relevant site data and input with the Sales Executive to help prepare the best possible proposal for the client.
Accompany the Sales Executive in the final meeting with the prospect to ensure alignment between promises and deliverables and help convert the prospect into a client.
B. Execution
Understand the project plan shared by the Sales Executive and make arrangements for on-site execution.
Manage the crew's performance, guide them, and ensure smooth project execution as per the plan, minimizing the gap between planned vs. actual delivery within a 20% confidence interval.
Provide regular updates such as daily site reports, material consumption reports, closure/audit reports to the CSE, and daily project updates to the client.
Generate relevant data for management or data analysts to help with cost optimization analysis.
