Full Stack Developer – WebMobi 360

Job Type: Full-time (Fresher)
Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (During Training)
Post-Training Salary:
- First 6 months: ₹1.2 LPA
- Next 6 months: ₹2.2 LPA
Program Overview
WebMobi 360 is offering a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program with a pathway to a Full Stack Developer role. As part of this program, you'll receive hands-on experience, work on live projects, and gain the skills needed for a successful career in full-stack development. This training is designed to prepare you for a full-time position with structured growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in live projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop skills using industry-standard tools and methodologies in full-stack development.
- Assist with software development, debugging, and improving application performance.
- Support backend, frontend, cloud, and network infrastructure projects.
- Learn and apply agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of websites and applications.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post-graduation in a relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS).
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in full-stack development.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
Training Program Details:
- Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Training)
- Training Fees: ₹25,000 INR for 3 Months
- Post-training role: Full-time position with a structured salary growth plan.
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
