Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust web and mobile applications using modern full-stack technologies.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces (UIs).
Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Laravel, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Design and optimize database structures using MongoDB, MSSQL, or similar databases.
Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
Maintain data integrity and implement backup strategies.
Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
Integrate applications with existing agency systems and third-party services.
Conduct thorough testing including unit testing, integration testing, and security testing.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed applications.
Document technical specifications and maintain code repositories.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Implement security best practices in all development activities.
Ensure compliance with agency security policies and government regulations.
Participate in security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Maintain confidentiality of all project information and data.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong programming skills in Laravel, React, .NET, and Python.
Proficiency in database technologies: MSSQL, SQLite, and MongoDB.
Experience with web development frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development tools.
Indian citizenship (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to work in a secure, confidential environment.
