Job Summary:
Conduct high-quality training sessions on front-end, back-end, databases, and web technologies.
Use interactive teaching methods including hands-on coding, live projects, case studies, and assignments.
Develop and implement curricula for various learner levels from beginner to advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and update course content such as presentations, lab exercises, and study materials to keep them aligned with industry standards and latest technology trends.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students on projects and career preparation including portfolio building, interview practice, and coding challenges.
Teach core front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Cover back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, and frameworks like Express.js, Django, Spring.
Instruct on database management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Introduce DevOps concepts and tools such as Docker, CI/CD, AWS, and GCP (plus if applicable).
Provide timely feedback on student assignments and projects and offer troubleshooting support during training.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks, databases, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and DevOps practices.
Experience with version control tools such as Git and development tools like Webpack or Grunt.
2 to 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer or similar roles.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical learners.
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Full Stack Development certifications are preferred.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
