About the Role
We are seeking a General Accounting (GA) Analyst to join our Ethics and Compliance team. The role supports complex financial operations and helps ensure accurate statutory accounts and tax compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general accounting activities for large and complex entities.
Record financial transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and fixed asset postings per company policies.
Supervise open and overdue financial items and follow up with relevant teams.
Review financial reports prepared by ARC Account Executives and provide feedback for accuracy and timely submission.
Address and escalate complex accounting issues as needed.
Prepare necessary documentation and adjustments for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Ensure accurate data entry into the ledger through collaboration with internal teams.
Liaise with senior stakeholders and auditors internally and externally.
May offer supervision, mentorship, or task guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (mandatory).
Professional Accounting Qualification (preferred): ACCA / CPA / CIMA.
Experience:
3–5 years in general or financial accounting.
Month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit support experience.
Required Skills
Proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle high volumes of work.
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP and general ledger systems.
Familiarity with general accounting and reporting in a shared services environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in shared service centers.
Working knowledge of IFRS, compliance, and internal control.
Ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
