Job Overview
ArisGlobal is hiring a Generative AI Developer to join our cutting-edge AI team in Bangalore. This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, Agents, and AWS Bedrock. You'll play a key role in integrating generative AI into life sciences software solutions, rapidly prototyping with Streamlit, and working with LLMOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
Integrate LLMs into apps via APIs and platforms like AWS Bedrock.
Research and implement the latest Generative AI trends and create PoCs.
Apply LLMOps techniques like prompt versioning, testing, and monitoring.
Work closely with architects, data engineers, and DevOps to scale GenAI products.
Required Technical Skills
6–8 years of experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML or NLP.
Practical experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral).
Expertise in RAG workflows and vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangGraph, Crewai, Semantic Kernel).
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and PromptLayer.
Strong prompt engineering skills (few-shot prompting, hallucination control).
Proficient in Python, Streamlit, and REST APIs.
Experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers).
NLP tools: spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or similar systems.
Preferred Skills
Document processing & unstructured data extraction.
MLOps tools: GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
Prior deployment of GenAI in real-world applications.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving.
Curious and self-driven to explore emerging GenAI technologies.
