Job Title: Market Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with regional E-Sales team to analyze trading patterns and client behavior.
Generate monthly reports for management.
Provide macroeconomic and business commentary to senior management.
Coordinate with risk management and MO/BO teams regarding trading limit breaches and post-trade support, resolving client queries.
Partner with local and regional management to develop an efficient and scalable service model.
Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders to maintain an optimal operating model.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and create efficiencies within the function.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of OTC and Cash Fixed Income products and markets preferred, with exposure to electronic trading.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with individuals at all levels of the business.
Proficiency in Tableau and Python.
