    Job Title: Market Analyst

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with regional E-Sales team to analyze trading patterns and client behavior.
    • Generate monthly reports for management.
    • Provide macroeconomic and business commentary to senior management.
    • Coordinate with risk management and MO/BO teams regarding trading limit breaches and post-trade support, resolving client queries.
    • Partner with local and regional management to develop an efficient and scalable service model.
    • Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders to maintain an optimal operating model.
    • Lead initiatives to streamline processes and create efficiencies within the function.

    Skills Required:

    • Knowledge of OTC and Cash Fixed Income products and markets preferred, with exposure to electronic trading.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with individuals at all levels of the business.
    • Proficiency in Tableau and Python.
