Job Description: Python Developer
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with over 3 years of expertise in Python programming, including object-oriented principles, key libraries, and best practices. The ideal candidate will also have experience with REST APIs and automated testing, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms or data analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python applications following object-oriented principles and best practices.
- Utilize key Python libraries effectively for various programming needs.
- Design, build, and integrate REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Implement automated testing using frameworks like Pytest and UnitTest.
- Work with SQL databases to design and optimize queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve coding practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Python: Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, key libraries, and best practices.
- REST APIs: Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building and integrating APIs.
- Automated Testing: Familiarity with Pytest, UnitTest, or similar frameworks for automated testing.
- Cloud Platforms/Data Analytics: Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure) or data analytics platforms (Databricks, Dataiku, Alteryx).
- SQL: Proficiency in SQL for database interactions and query optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience with multiple cloud providers or data analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of additional testing frameworks or tools.
