Role Overview:

As a Consultant at Infosys, your primary role is to deeply understand customer challenges, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate their deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be involved in developing proposals, configuring products, conducting demonstrations, and leading small projects to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  • Get to the heart of customer issues and diagnose problem areas.
  • Design and deploy innovative solutions to address client challenges.
  • Facilitate client delight by ensuring successful implementation and integration.

• Proposal Development:

  • Contribute to proposal documents by providing input on solution design based on your areas of expertise.
  • Develop detailed proposals and effort estimates that align with client budgets and organizational financial guidelines.

• Solution Configuration and Deployment:

  • Plan and execute product configuration activities as per the design specifications.
  • Conduct conference room pilots and address any queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Lead solution/product demonstrations and POC/Proof of Technology workshops.

• Project Leadership:

  • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Primary Skills:

  • Blockchain Technologies: Proficiency in Go language.
  • Machine Learning: Expertise in Python.
  • Programming Languages: Experience with C and Go language.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning with Python.
  • Proficiency in Blockchain technologies and Go language.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate good knowledge of software configuration management systems.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BTech, MTech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Science (MSc).
