Roles & Responsibilities
Design Brief Analysis: Study design briefs to determine requirements and constraints.
Project Scheduling: Schedule projects and manage budget constraints effectively.
Conceptualization: Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements.
Draft Preparation: Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
Design Development: Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or hand-drawn techniques.
Color and Layout: Choose appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure visual appeal.
Collaboration: Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
Testing: Test graphics across various media to ensure quality and consistency.
Feedback Incorporation: Amend designs based on feedback to improve final outcomes.
Brand Consistency: Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
Requirements and Skills
Proven Experience: Demonstrated graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Methodical Work: Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines consistently.
Educational Qualification: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
