We are hiring experienced HR Executives or HR Generalists to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and possess strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in managing the complete employee lifecycle and enhancing workplace efficiency through proactive HR practices.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes across departments.
Administer and optimize Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for accurate and efficient HR operations.
Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor laws.
Plan and conduct training programs, workshops, and skill enhancement initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Prepare regular HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated with changes in labor regulations and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Contribute to organizational development initiatives including employee engagement and D&I.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Strong command over Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and digital HR platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work setting.
Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting tools.
Familiarity with employee engagement, retention, or well-being initiatives.
Exposure to performance management systems and learning platforms.
