We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The role involves full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Create, review, and update job descriptions across departments.
Source potential candidates through job portals and social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Draft compelling recruitment emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate calling and initial screenings.
Maintain MIS and candidate databases.
Post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the HR Manager.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Update applicant statuses in the ATS system.
Handle internal recruitment tools and documentation.
Manage exit formalities for employees leaving the organization.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Hirect, TimesJobs, and platforms like LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Prior experience in telephonic communication and candidate calling is a must.
Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Internship available with a stipend for 2–3 months.
On successful completion of the internship, candidates may be hired full-time.
Selected interns must sign a 24-month contract post-hiring. Early resignation will incur training cost charges.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
There is no work-from-home option unless notified officially by the Government.
