Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3 to 8 years in designing, developing, and supporting IBM Datacap solutions. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing customer requirements. This role requires a skilled developer who can effectively develop, support, and administer workflows within the IBM Datacap system.
Responsibilities
Install and configure the Datacap product in both standalone and high-availability environments.
Provide support for Datacap production environments, resolving issues and delivering root cause analyses (RCA).
Develop custom actions using C#.Net and integrate them with the Datacap solution.
Create solutions using IBM Datacap versions 8.x and 9.x.
Integrate IBM Datacap solutions with content management systems like FileNet and Documentum.
Work independently while demonstrating teamwork to meet deliverable deadlines.
Understand design principles, methods, technologies, and standards in detail.
Troubleshoot effectively and communicate status updates, root causes, and results clearly.
