Job Summary
Dassault Systèmes is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant (Medidata Rave) to lead the configuration and implementation of Medidata’s clinical trial software. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead configuration and enablement of customers on Medidata Rave software to meet their unique requirements.
Independently build forms and edit checks (EC) in the Rave database and educate others on best practices.
Manage client interactions efficiently, resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
Handle migration and quick publish activities within the Rave database.
Author, adapt, and finalize specifications, including functional test cases, for implementation and integrations.
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members in client projects.
Assist developers and cross-functional departments during implementation.
Conduct remote or in-person workshops for clients.
Ensure deliverables align with project timelines, budget, and scope.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting during configuration and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Communicate regular status reports to internal and client-side stakeholders.
Contribute to internal process and product improvement initiatives.
Comply with Medidata’s SOPs, policies, and industry standards.
Support third-party vendor integrations and data transfer efforts.
Handle multiple complex client-facing engagements simultaneously.
Mentor new employees and contribute to internal training efforts.
Participate in platform-level implementations and provide domain-specific expertise.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related clinical domain.
4 to 10 years of experience in clinical data management.
Deep knowledge of Rave Study Setup activities/Rave programming.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Experience working under Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
