Job Summary:
Join ZS as an Information Security Project Specialist (PMO) to manage and drive key security initiatives across a global enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security program/project manager to contribute to InfoSec programs such as IAM, Cloud Governance, Data Security, Risk Management, and Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end security project lifecycle: planning, scoping, execution, change management, training, and closure.
Liaise between InfoSec teams and business stakeholders.
Develop, update, and monitor project charters, SoWs, cost estimates, and schedules.
Lead risk assessments, mitigations, and project performance tracking.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.
Ensure compliance with InfoSec standards and best practices across projects.
Act as an internal advisor for InfoSec tools, migrations, and implementations.
Assist in team development, upskilling, and knowledge sharing.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
7–10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Project Management and Information Security.
Strong project documentation and governance experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Vulnerability Management
Cloud Security
Data Protection
Security Awareness Programs
Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
PMP / PMI Certification (or within 1 year of joining)
Agile Certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Security+ / CISM / CISSP (or equivalent within 1 year)
Tools & Technical Skills:
Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Understanding of security controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks
Ability to evaluate and manage budgets and resources effectively
Risk analysis and issue mediation
