About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Operations/Generalist Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for individuals starting their career in Human Resources. You will assist with onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and various HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees—prepare documentation, coordinate orientation, and ensure availability of resources.

  2. HR Documentation & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and databases in compliance with policies and legal standards.

  3. Employee Relations Support: Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Support minor conflict resolution under guidance.

  4. HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to activities such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training sessions. Help organize HR events.

  5. General HR Administrative Support: Assist in report preparation, HR documentation, and material organization.

  6. Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Help with data collection and attendance records for payroll support.


Skills:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  2. Basic understanding of HR principles and employee management.

  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.

  4. Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
