As part of our Life Insurance team, you will help insurers enhance customer experience and drive innovation. You will work on transforming operations to create an intelligent operating model tailored to the insurance market's needs. Your role will involve understanding life insurance contracts and reviewing medical claims, medical onboarding, and retirement schemes. A solid grasp of medical underwriting and records management will be beneficial.
