Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced IT Manager / IT Team Lead to oversee and manage the organization’s IT operations, with deep hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, and ITSM tools. This is a people-first leadership role that also demands strong technical proficiency across server infrastructure, user security, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage an IT support team (10+ members), providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Administer and maintain Active Directory, SSO configurations, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technology and end-user issues across Windows and Linux server environments.
Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud integrations (AWS or Azure).
Implement, monitor, and automate workflows using ITSM tools like Symphony, Freshdesk, Manage Engine, BMC, Atlassian, etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support IT operations and upgrades.
Manage user provisioning, policy enforcement, patching, and compliance through MDM/security tools.
Ensure IT service delivery meets organizational SLAs, KPIs, and audit/compliance requirements.
Promote best practices in system security, incident response, and data integrity.
Continuously evaluate and implement technology upgrades to improve user experience and system performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM and End-User Technology Support.
At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Exchange, M365).
At least 5 years of experience managing IT teams, with a minimum of 10 members.
Expertise in Windows/Linux Server Infrastructure Management.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, M365, and SSO implementations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments.
Familiarity with IT automation tools and modern IT service desk ecosystems.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Proficiency in end-user security and MDM tools such as Crowdstrike, Intune, Defender, Forcepoint, etc.
Proven team leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and endpoint policy enforcement.
