Job Summary
As we continue to grow, Medpace is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our IT Support department. This role is crucial in ensuring that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and that our team members receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities
- Account Administration: Manage user accounts for network, email, and other applications.
- End-User Support: Provide technical support for Medpace IT equipment and software, including computers, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, and environment monitoring systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and software applications.
- Issue Response: Handle IT tickets, phone calls, emails, and support requests.
- Problem Documentation: Track, document, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with regional and global IT team members to address and advance IT-related matters.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365, and other cloud-based applications is a plus.
