To design and implement scalable enterprise systems tailored to client needs.
To provide leadership in architecture design, coding, debugging, and DevOps implementation.
To manage and guide development teams while ensuring solution quality and timely delivery.
Design and implement enterprise-level backend systems using Java and AWS technologies.
Lead portal application development using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, jQuery, and REST web services.
Ensure coding efficiency and conduct debugging and performance tuning.
Collaborate with stakeholders and keep them informed of progress and incidents.
Manage DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
Guide and mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Use version control tools like GIT or SVN effectively during development.
Support business needs through scalable, secure, and performant system design.
8–10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development with portal/web development expertise.
Strong hands-on skills with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
Proficient in Java backend architecture and AWS cloud services.
Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of web technologies such as jQuery, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
Strong grasp of version control tools like GIT or SVN.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex IT challenges.
Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
Project management experience and ability to lead architecture efforts.
Familiarity with debugging tools and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certification in AWS or architecture-related domains is a plus.
