To support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of Production Specialists.
To resolve technical escalations and foster the development of technical capabilities in the team.
Application Development & Design
Design and develop scalable, resilient solutions using Java and modern technologies.
Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding practices, and performance benchmarks.
Build high- and low-level design documents based on business requirements.
Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and provide guidance on best practices.
Technical Skills & Delivery
Develop secure Spring Boot applications, following industry best practices.
Implement robust APIs using REST/SOAP and integrate with enterprise systems.
Handle production support and resolve critical issues within SLAs.
Work on microservices architecture and integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous).
Utilize CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, and containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Apply multi-threading and performance tuning in real-time applications.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation.
Continuously adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Provide clear documentation and effective presentations of system architecture and design.
Maintain versioning, branching, and source control best practices.
Ensure code quality through tools like SonarQube, JUnit, and Mockito.
Proficiency in Java 8+ (preferably Java 17), including Collections, Streams, and core libraries.
Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring DI, and Blueprint.
Hands-on experience with ORM tools like Hibernate and JPA.
Experience in writing secure, testable, and maintainable code.
Competence in API development, SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and Unix commands.
Familiarity with JSON libraries like Jackson/GSON and design patterns.
Practical exposure to DevOps pipelines, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS (EKS).
Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Process Performance – Cases resolved per day, adherence to SLAs, customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT scores.
Team Productivity – Efficiency levels, team attendance, and delivery timelines.
Capability Development – Technical assessments, triages, and mentoring contributions.
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent discipline
