To design, test, and maintain software programs and applications to be deployed at the client site.
Ensure adherence to 100% quality assurance standards throughout the software lifecycle.
Application Development
Write robust, scalable, and testable Java code following solid software design principles.
Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and modern Java frameworks.
Design and build messaging solutions using Kafka or Solace.
Ensure integration with RDBMS (Oracle or equivalent) with optimized SQL queries.
Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; manage Docker/OpenShift deployments.
Troubleshoot and monitor systems using the ELK stack.
Full-Stack & UI Contribution
Support front-end development using React.js and TypeScript as needed.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure frontend meets business requirements.
Agile Development & Team Collaboration
Work independently and proactively in an agile environment.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team stand-ups.
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across geographies.
Take full ownership of tasks and address ambiguities with confidence.
8+ years of strong technical experience in Java backend development.
Proficiency in Core Java, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreading.
Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka/Solace, and relational databases.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker/OpenShift), and ELK stack.
Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js and TypeScript.
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a self-driven approach.
Capital markets or front-office trading system experience is highly preferred.
