To design, develop, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
Ensure that software meets 100% quality assurance parameters before client deployment.
Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and robust Java-based applications.
Write efficient, clean code with thorough documentation and test coverage.
Build microservices using Spring Boot, including secure messaging and integrations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities.
Collaborate with teams across geographies, handling communication and dependencies.
Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps and Docker.
Work independently on assignments, with limited supervision.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Contribute to UI development using React.JS and TypeScript when required.
Support full lifecycle development – from design to post-deployment support.
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Proficiency in Concurrency, Multithreading, and Java performance tuning.
Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
Familiarity with Kafka or Solace messaging platforms.
Experience with RDBMS technologies such as Oracle or any other major databases.
Skilled in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, OpenShift.
Experience with ELK Stack for logging and monitoring.
Understanding of Agile methodology and its implementation.
Knowledge of React.JS, TypeScript, and frontend development is a plus.
Strong communication and self-management skills.
Code Quality – Clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and testing.
Efficiency – Timely delivery of development tasks with minimal defects.
Collaboration – Effective coordination with onshore and offshore teams.

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
