Job Description:

Our Digital Service Line is seeking experienced and skilled Java Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and a strong ability to analyze technical needs while collaborating with customers to develop project scope documents and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze technical requirements and work with clients to define project scope and objectives.
Engage in technical development while also understanding the functional aspects of business processes.
Develop robust Java applications, focusing on performance and scalability.
Create and implement RESTful services.
Utilize unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Provide customer-centric solutions based on business requirements.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and maintain clear communication.

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Essential Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
Proficiency in developing REST services.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices, CI/CD, event-oriented architectures, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS), data manipulation (e.g., SQL), and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
Understanding of DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the product development lifecycle.
Experience with modern web APIs and full-stack frameworks.
Familiarity with Java, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience in developing eCommerce systems, particularly B2B eCommerce, is a plus.
