Collaborate with client engagement teams to analyze RFP/RFI requirements.
Document detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
Prepare workflow charts and system diagrams based on system analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (PMs, architects, tech leads) to finalize solutions.
Conduct customer interactions for clarifications, feedback, and presentations.
Support prototype demonstrations and relationship management.
Communicate client expectations to delivery teams.
Review test cases and provide feedback to ensure coverage.
Facilitate change request handling and support QA/UAT testing.
Collaborate with PM to define milestones and delivery elements.
Drive solution implementation and validate delivery outcomes.
Share expertise with other Business Analysts to enhance team knowledge.
Contribute whitepapers, research, and points of view to internal repositories.
Conduct market research to enhance solution relevance.
Build reusable proposal components and contribute to internal libraries.
Strong understanding of Payroll IT domain
Experience with business analysis, requirements documentation, and system design
Proficient in workflow and process documentation tools
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage client interactions
Strong verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
3 – 5 years in Java development and customer-facing requirement analysis roles
PCSAT score, utilization rate, number of leads and reusable components created
Timeliness and quality of customer documentation
Number of whitepapers/research contributions
Timely completion of proposal documentation
