Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process as appropriate.
- Open Source Contribution: Promote the adoption of open-source technologies and contribute to relevant open-source projects.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maintaining application stability.
