Role Purpose

  1. To design, test, and maintain software programs that are deployed on client systems while ensuring they meet 100% of quality assurance standards.


Key Responsibilities

Understanding Requirements and Designing Solutions

  1. Analyze and interpret software requirements and convert them into design.

  2. Collaborate with systems analysts or functional teams for requirement clarification.

  3. Investigate problem areas and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

  4. Identify performance improvement opportunities in existing systems.

  5. Conduct root cause analysis and suggest feasible solutions.

Software Development and Optimization

  1. Evaluate feasibility by analyzing system requirements, problem definition, and development plans.

  2. Develop and validate software modules through effective test scenarios and automation.

  3. Modify software to fix bugs, optimize performance, or upgrade hardware compatibility.

  4. Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project specifications and status.

  5. Ensure proper version control, descriptions, and traceability in code submissions.

  6. Provide usability feedback and trace outcomes to quality risks for reporting.

Customer Engagement and Reporting

  1. Maintain regular communication with customers for requirement clarity and status updates.

  2. Gather feedback to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

  3. Continuously upgrade skills and participate in relevant training.

  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces.

  5. Document and present solutions via flowcharts, diagrams, and clean code practices.

  6. Ensure professional communication, timely responses, and no complaint cases internally or externally.

Education
