To design, develop, and lead a team of full stack developers on enterprise-level applications.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to development teams.
Lead the design and development of modern Java full stack applications.
Architect and implement scalable solutions using microservices and cloud-native principles.
Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams, business analysts, and QA to deliver complete features.
Oversee coding standards, development practices, and DevOps integration.
Maintain high code quality, performance, and security standards.
Stay updated on new technologies and integrate them as appropriate.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Expertise in Java / J2EE / MVC Frameworks.
Strong experience with Spring (Boot) & Hibernate.
Hands-on with Microservices Architecture and Design Patterns.
Proficiency in React or Angular.
Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong in SQL and data modeling.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Practical understanding of Agile methodologies.
