Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and Webflux.
Create and maintain backend services with reactive programming (Webflux).
Develop frontend solutions using JavaScript and Node.js.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing high-quality technical support.
Handle technical escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
Conduct triage sessions and mentor Production Specialists on technical skills.
Organize and deliver internal training to build team capabilities.
Follow Agile methodologies and meet SLA, performance, and quality metrics.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and actively participate in self-learning.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and development processes.
4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
3+ years of hands-on experience in Webflux/reactive programming
4+ years of JavaScript and Node.js development experience
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
Experience in technical mentorship, training delivery, and capability development
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
Strong verbal and written communication with client interaction capabilities
Familiarity with service management and support SLAs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
5 – 8 years of full-stack development experience
