As a Java/Java Springboot/Node JS/React JS Developer at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch solutions across multiple technology stacks. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, development, validation, and support of applications while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role involves full lifecycle development and deep collaboration with stakeholders and technology leads.
Analyze and gather client requirements, translate them into system specifications, and participate in estimation activities.
Design and develop efficient, scalable, and reusable components using Java, Springboot, Node JS, or React JS.
Participate in requirement validation, code reviews, and ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices.
Write and execute test cases to validate functionality and performance.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Deploy and configure applications on application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
Provide ongoing support and bug fixing in production systems.
Keep documentation up-to-date and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies in the development process.
Apply sound design principles and knowledge of system architecture.
Practice performance tuning and engineering for responsive applications.
Apply software quality processes and estimation techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in application development.
Exhibit problem-solving capabilities and team collaboration skills.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Java.
Proficient in J2EE technologies including Hibernate, Struts, JSP, Servlets, JNDI, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, Web Services.
Expertise in Spring Framework – Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, and Spring JDBC.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid knowledge of Core Java – multithreading, collections, JDBC, and servlet programming.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React JS and NodeJS.
Experience with RDBMS like Oracle 12c, MySQL, MongoDB.
Hands-on experience in using CI/CD tools and build automation.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
