Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer with 5–9 years of hands-on expertise in Web API, Docker, Azure App Services, Azure AKS, SQL, .Net Core, JSON, REST API, XML, SOAP, and Visual Studio. Candidates with experience in COTS Products (BFS Ast & Wlth) will have an added advantage. This is a full-time on-site role, suitable for professionals looking to restart or return to their careers through a structured returnship program.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .Net Core and Web API.
Build and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service and Azure AKS.
Implement containerization of applications using Docker.
Develop and manage SQL databases ensuring performance and data consistency.
Integrate external systems via REST API, XML, and SOAP protocols.
Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to define and launch new features.
Debug and resolve complex technical problems across various layers of the application.
Conduct code reviews and apply best practices for maintainable, clean code.
Keep up with current trends and tools in software engineering and cloud infrastructure.
Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Write and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and design decisions.
Continuously improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Web API, Docker, and Azure App Services.
Proficiency in Azure AKS and Microsoft SQL Server.
In-depth knowledge of .Net Core framework.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP integrations.
Proficient in using Visual Studio for building and debugging enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision.
Adaptable to changing project requirements and business priorities.
Knowledge or experience in COTS Products (Banking, Financial Services, Asset & Wealth Management) is a plus.
