Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to take on the role of Java Module Lead.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java technologies and experience handling full-cycle backend development.
This role involves overseeing architecture, server-side logic, database integration, and API development.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, test, and debug scalable backend code using Java and related frameworks.
Design and maintain robust APIs to support front-end applications.
Work with servers, databases, and system architecture for seamless backend operations.
Ensure all developed systems are secure, reliable, and performance-optimized.
Create, manage, and monitor backend services for iOS or web-based applications.
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders.
Ensure consistent code quality, including regular code reviews and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Document all development processes and architectural decisions for internal use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Java and backend development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
Hands-on experience with server setup, database design, and REST API development.
Solid understanding of application security, performance optimization, and testing.
Experience building and scaling backend services for enterprise applications.
Proficient in handling backend for both web and mobile platforms (especially iOS).
Knowledge of modern software architecture and cloud integration is preferred.
Ability to lead a module or team and deliver quality outcomes independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
