Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an Infoscion

End-to-End Project Management: Take full responsibility for managing a project from start to finish.
Proposal Preparation: Lead the preparation of proposals, review project estimations, and gather input from key stakeholders to position Infosys favorably to secure deals.
Project Scheduling and Monitoring: Schedule assignments, monitor progress, review and report project status regularly to manage risks and ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
Team Leadership: Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training in your focus areas, and motivate and inspire team members through effective feedback and recognition of high performance.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to creating thought leadership within your area of technology specialization, adhering to Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms.

Additional Responsibilities:

Project Management Fundamentals: Knowledge of project lifecycles for development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, and quality processes.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of one or more programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles. Ability to manage technology and performance engineering.
Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of business requirements and functionality.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to perform project planning, scheduling, manage tasks, and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
Requirement Assessment: Work with business and technology experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.
SDLC and Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Technology Awareness: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.
Problem Solving and Collaboration: Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
