As a Developer at Infosys, you will contribute to the design, development, validation, and support of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for client projects across digital transformation domains.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Design and develop high-quality applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.js.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Prepare estimations for tasks and contribute to project planning.
Write and execute test cases and scenarios as per system requirements.
Ensure delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, leads, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
Follow agile and DevOps best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with new technology trends and apply them to improve delivery.
Apply strong understanding of architecture principles and software design patterns.
Demonstrate knowledge of performance optimization and tuning.
Ensure compliance with quality processes and estimation models.
Translate both functional and non-functional requirements into working solutions.
Display logical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams for successful outcomes.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Proficient in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MVC frameworks.
Strong experience in RESTful Web Services and API integration.
Expertise in Java multithreading, collections, Servlets, and JDBC.
Familiarity with deployment on Apache Tomcat and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
Solid knowledge of databases including Oracle 12c, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Experience with Node.js and React.js for full stack development.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
Good grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
Awareness of emerging technologies and a passion to learn and implement them.
