Jr. Process Analyst - DCR

Job Summary:
The Junior Process Analyst will work on various processes and sub-processes, ensuring daily targets are met with high efficiency and accuracy. The role involves process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily set targets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide process recommendations to improve efficiencies and practices.
- Work closely with supervisors, team leaders, managers, and onshore stakeholders.
- Maintain report transitions and update SOPs on time.
- Enhance processing efficiency and accuracy daily.
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members.
- Exhibit proactiveness, flexibility, and a performance-driven mindset.
- Participate in calls and discussions with stakeholders.
- Adapt to fixed or rotational shifts, including day or night shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Preferably B.Com, MBA, M.Com, or any graduate/postgraduate from other streams.
- Experience:
- 0 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge (as taught in 11th standard or covered in graduation).
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal comprehension.
- Ability to participate in international voice processes and calls.
- Other Skills:
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Open to feedback and learning opportunities.
- Willingness to work in any business shift as per requirements.
Additional Information:
- Service Agreement: 18 months commitment required.
- International voice process experience is a plus.
