Job Title: Junior Associate Analyst
Department: Global Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Team
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Junior Associate Analyst. This role will play a key part in the development and delivery of global sales and marketing activities, as well as customer service operations. The candidate will focus on sales operations tasks such as managing and updating the Global CCC Determination Table in SAP and providing ongoing support to clients. The position will involve collaboration with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, internal auditors, and Account Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Global Account Managers, Industry Specialists, and Product/Engineering change teams.
- Update End Customer details on the CCC Determination Table in SAP on a daily basis.
- Provide 12-hour support for 5 days a week to update the determination table once per quarter.
- Assist Sales Operations functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) as per supervisor and stakeholder requests.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, local and global coordinators, contractors, and engineers.
- Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and participate in process improvement projects.
- Perform quantitative analysis and develop data-based recommendations to influence decision-making.
- Manage complex activities while meeting project deadlines and balancing workload to maintain SLAs.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and adapt to changes through self-training and research.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers via email, phone, and in-person discussions.
- Strong ability to build work relationships and perform under pressure.
- Any degree; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–3 years of recent experience in Analytics with a bachelor’s degree.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and supply chain flow.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, R programming, SQL, VBA, supply chain management, data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and reporting is a plus.
Additional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of manufacturing, product lines, and pricing mechanics is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP programs used to support the process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand and work with formulas and customer-submitted formats.
