Job Description

Your role will be integral to both internal development and client-facing consulting, with a strong focus on employee growth and client success.
Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Management: Oversee end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow from various sources to analytical systems.
- Data Integration: Adapt existing business logic to new data sources, improving efficiency and consistency.
- Data Governance: Implement and maintain robust data governance practices to ensure high data quality and facilitate reliable analysis and reporting.
- Data Validation: Perform rigorous data validation to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Data Domain Ownership: Manage designated data domains, driving informed decision-making through comprehensive data management and analysis.
- Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis across all digital touchpoints, including data collection, processing, and analysis of large and complex datasets.
- Behavioral Analysis: Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and other metrics to evaluate digital initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Present analytical findings and recommendations to business teams for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in data analysis roles, preferably in large corporates or consulting firms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and pipeline creation, with the ability to write complex queries and understand database concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learning aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent data analysis and presentation skills, with exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a Post-Graduation in Management Science or related fields.
