Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Calicut. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 year of experience in financial analysis. The position offers the opportunity to develop skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify improvement areas.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and update financial databases and accounting systems.
- Assist senior analysts in evaluating financial performance and providing insights.
- Help with cost analysis, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or CMA (Partially or Fully Qualified).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related role (freshers welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools/software.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in building a career in finance and accounting.
Compensation:
The compensation package will be based on interview performance and the last drawn CTC of the candidate.
