Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Calicut. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in financial analysis. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide valuable support for decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and update financial databases and accounting systems.
- Help senior analysts evaluate financial performance and provide insights.
- Contribute to cost analysis, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or CMA (Partially or Fully Qualified).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related role (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools/software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in building a career in finance and accounting.
Package:
The compensation will be based on interview performance and the last drawn CTC of the candidate.
