Gather and analyze project business requirements and share them with the development team.
Evaluate data collected through process analysis, surveys, and workshops.
Offer recommendations to developers during the product development phase.
Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents, UI guides, and functional specifications.
Effectively communicate product requirements to both internal teams and external clients.
Document workflows and analysis results and secure client approval.
Design and execute test scripts and scenarios for product validation.
Coordinate with business units to test, validate, and evaluate new features and fix issues.
Manage and respond to change requests daily to meet project deadlines.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers eligible).
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Basic understanding of databases and at least one programming language.
Proficiency in writing user stories, business requirements, and solution documentation.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
