Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for customizing, developing, integrating, and analyzing Salesforce solutions while also engaging in business analysis, requirement gathering, and system documentation. This hybrid technical-functional role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams and with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
Integrate existing systems and services into the Salesforce CRM architecture.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
Perform detailed business requirement analysis and document functional processes.
Write and maintain knowledge base documentation and process optimization guides.
Ensure SOC, SOX, and PCI compliance through strict policy enforcement.
Assist in deployment activities and environment provisioning.
Support both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience development initiatives.
Utilize SOAP/REST APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for customization.
Apply CI/CD practices and manage source control using industry tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, CPQ Developer, or OmniStudio Developer are preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Proficient in APEX, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and API integrations.
Experience with Git or similar source control systems.
Ability to write clear, concise, and complete business and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills related to Salesforce customization and integration.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
