Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and React to lead high-impact software projects. You will be responsible for designing scalable systems, mentoring engineers, ensuring code quality, and driving technology best practices across the team.
Responsibilities
Lead system design and development using .NET and React; ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
Support the growth of software engineers by mentoring, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Work with product managers, UX teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Design robust systems including frontend, backend, APIs, and database interactions.
Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks to ensure reliable and maintainable codebases.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies; advocate for relevant new tools and frameworks.
Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver efficient resolutions with minimal user impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and React.js.
Deep understanding of modern front-end technologies (React, Redux, React Router).
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).
Database expertise in both SQL (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) technologies, including ORM tools like Entity Framework.
Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for data modeling, querying, and tuning.
Background in product-based companies delivering customer-focused, scalable solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Exposure to Azure AI Services or GPT-4 prompt engineering.
Experience with custom model training and AI/ML pipeline integration.
