Role Description

Your Impact
Build innovative components and solutions to drive efficiency and scalability in a growing tech environment.
Write high-quality, production-ready code that serves millions of users.
Make strategic design decisions based on performance, scalability, and long-term impact.
Participate in all phases of SDLC—design, coding, code review, automation, testing—within a hybrid engineering model.
Create efficient algorithms and microservices in a multi-tenant SaaS cloud architecture.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and offer technical leadership to the engineering team.
Required Skills & Experience
Mastery of multiple programming languages and platforms.
Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
Proficient in object-oriented and scripting languages such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, C++.
Strong skills in SQL and experience with both relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, Trino, Redshift, MongoDB.
Proven experience in building SaaS applications on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution.
Deep familiarity with software development best practices and team leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Relevant non-academic experience such as volunteer work, military service, or extracurricular leadership roles will be considered.
