Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead – Fullstack Integration Engineer with hands-on expertise in IBM middleware technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and managing enterprise-grade integration applications using IBM ACE, API Connect, and WebSphere MQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy end-to-end integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect (APIC), and IBM Integration Bus v8/v9.
Design and implement middleware applications handling various integration patterns including batch messaging, request/reply, and synchronous/asynchronous communications.
Lead the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
Create reusable components such as common libraries and exception-handling frameworks with notification functionality.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability of middleware services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement best practices in integration development.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence in integration architecture.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with IBM ACE, API Connect, Integration Bus, and WebSphere MQ.
In-depth understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects from design through implementation.
Experience in performance tuning and debugging ESB applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
