Position Summary
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, architecting scalable solutions, and mentoring teams. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional and diverse development team building mission-critical software that powers workforce and HCM solutions used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and build event-driven, reactive systems.
Create robust architectural and technical designs for complex features.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
Lead and mentor developers to foster continuous learning and high performance.
Empower teams to deliver quality software in an agile environment.
Improve developer experience and ensure maintainability/extensibility.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues with a high standard of ownership.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, product owners, and global partners.
Stay updated with evolving technologies and contribute to the modernization of platforms.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with:
C#.NET, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, TypeScriptProven experience integrating upstream/downstream systems.
Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS.
Expertise in WCF, RESTful services.
Experience in CI/CD practices using Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jenkins.
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or TFS.
Strong code review and debugging skills.
Ability to work with legacy systems when required.

Experience deploying secure, scalable cloud applications.
Excellent understanding of code refactoring and design patterns.
